NOT one to just use toilet paper, one woman has admitted that her bathroom routine has wiped the smile right off her boyfriend's face.

He can't get over the particular way she cleans herself up after using the toilet — but people think it's a sign of her partner's poor hygiene, not hers.

Reddit user couldn't contain her annoyance over how her boyfriend reacted to how she regularly cleans herself after taking a poop.

The second-generation immigrant has been with her boyfriend for two years, and they recently moved in together.

She admitted in a that he made her feel gross for using her hands to wash her butt with a cheap tool.

"I’m naturally discreet about my bathroom habits. Now since my parents were Indians, we usually have a bidet attached to our toilet seats after we do number two," she wrote.

She added that her childhood home had an adjustable attachment since things are "different" in the United States.

Since the move-in, they haven't talked about adding a bidet to their living arrangement, and it also wasn't a priority for them financially.

In the meantime, she has a portable, handheld one, which can be purchased online for under ten dollars and "functions just about the same."

This is $8.98 on Amazon and is easy to use.

The Reddit user said that while he was looking for something in the bathroom drawers, he found her bidet and asked what it was.

"At first he was taken aback and I thought he was just curious, so I didn’t think much of it until I answered how I use it," she wrote.

To paint a full picture, she explained the step-by-step process in the post.

After she wipes her bottom with toilet paper properly, she washes down the area using her hands.

She said she holds her bidet with one hand and squeezes it repeatedly to squirt the tap water from the sink, the other she uses to rub her butt.

Next, she added that she wipes the area dry again with toilet paper before doing a seven-step process to wash her hands thoroughly with soap twice.

"I don’t see it any different from washing your butt in the shower after you poop," she added.

Her man was "immediately disgusted" by her visual description, which made her "feel gross" and "confused and hurt" about using her hands down there.

"Have I ever shamed him for using TP [toilet paper] exclusively? No. I just request we both wash down there before having sex," she said.

"Now he’s just making me feel like he’s done something abominable by holding my hands and kissing it."

She retorted that her hands might even be cleaner than his and speculated her boyfriend probably doesn't wash his own hands after holding his penis while peeing.

In the end, she admitted that she was annoyed and wanted to scream at him for how "ridiculous and childish" he was being.

Many Reddit users defended her and tossed in words about her partner's cleanliness.

"You were just doing what you’re most comfortable doing for your hygiene to feel clean. The fact he sees you WASHING YOUR BOTTOM as disgusting could have a lot to say about his hygiene," one said.

"Do what you need to do in order to feel clean and take care of yourself. Your boyfriend is very much overreacting," another wrote.

"You are fine, your boyfriend is being a childish a**hole, and you are correct that you are likely far "cleaner" than he is post-bathroom activities," a reader commented.
