FARRAH Abraham’s cosmetic surgery journey continues to surprise many of her three million Instagram followers, given her rapidly changing face.
A plastic surgeon has weighed in on the mom of one's "significantly bigger" lips and cheeks and urged her to follow "Facial Filler 101."
Farrah, 32, shared a photo montage on Instagram on Sunday that showed her exploring Nashville with her daughter, Sophia, 15.
The Teen Mom alum smiled as she posed in tight jeans. Her white top was unbuttoned and showed off her bra.
“What happened to her face???” commented one fan.
“Does your face even move!!!” added another.
Facial plastic surgeon suggested that Farrah should look at old photos of herself.
He said this might "steady the pace" at which she injects the wrinkle-busting treatment in her face.
"What has happened here is that Farrah may have forgotten what her real face looks like,” he told The U.S. Sun.
“I always show people their old photos before deciding on a plan — this could help prevent Farrah from going back for more filler.

"We also always look at old photos of any treatment areas.
"This would be to check if any previous treatment is still there in some capacity.
“We then create a plan and a pace to ensure someone is steady.
"This would be instead of constantly expanding everything at once, which is what is happening here with Farrah Abraham."
As reported by The U.S. Sun, Farrah has already spent what's estimated at more than $85,000 on plastic surgery.
She had butt injections in 2018 and 2021, three boob jobs, a 2013 rhinoplasty and lip filler.
In 2022, Westreich said her face was “waterlogged” because of filler.
He claimed that since then, she has ramped up the filler injections in an “aggressive” way.
“Farrah keeps doing more and more filler in her face,” said.
“Her cheeks and lips are expanding; she may have returned for even more.
“The cheeks and the lips are the main areas she has added more filler to.
“Farrah has gone more aggressively into those areas.
“The new filler seems relatively recent; she may have just had a treatment.
“Her face is significantly bigger and her top lip is now like a sausage lip.”
In February, Farrah shared a clip on in which she spoke candidly about teen mental health.
“She knows who she is,” she said of her daughter Sophia.
“She has self-awareness,” Farrah added, smiling.
Instead, Farrah's followers once again focused on her changed face.
They said she looked unrecognizable compared to her days as a natural-looking MTV star.
“I used to think you were so damn pretty. Why did you do that to your face?” one commented.
She might have gotten this idea that her lips and cheeks were shrinking. In reality, she would have just lost 5% of the volume after the last injections.
Dr. Richard Westreich
Westreich said Farrah might have assumed her facial features were "shrinking."
“Farrah is constantly expanding her face," he said
“In this case, she might have gotten this idea that her lips and cheeks were shrinking.
“In reality, she would have just lost 5% of the volume after the last injections.”
Farrah has spoken about her plastic surgery efforts and never denied tweaking her body or face.
She wrote about her 2012 chin implant in her book, Dream Twenties: Self Guided Self Help Memoir.
“There will be those insecure times with plastic surgery, where it’s not like the amazing boob job that just changes your world where life is going to stay sunny and pour money all over you, no I’m talking about when I got a chin implant,” she wrote.
“After having a baby, my boobs went away. It hurt my self-esteem … I didn’t feel like I was woman enough anymore. I knew I could be happier,” she told in 2011 about her first boob job.
In 2015, Farrah appeared on an episode of Botched.
She was denied permanent lip filler after her previous lip filler involved swelling.
“Girlfriends, don’t say I didn’t warn ya!” she said as she shared a photo of her new lips on .
Westreich said over the years, Farrah has not further altered her nose.
“Farrah’s nose is still the same," he said.
"She has just carried on with changing her lips and cheeks.
“The cheeks look big, and the top lip has no shape now; it is just one continuous thing.
“Farrah has had a little bit of a fullness in her right lip compared to her left lip for many years.
“That just may be a natural asymmetry.
Farrah has put the filler everywhere, all over.
Dr. Westreich
“The problem with filler, especially in lips, is the more you do it, the longer it stays.
"In this case, it is all just sitting there.
“Farrah's cat-like eyes certainly could be from the cheek filler, but I do not think she has done anything to her eyes.
“There are a variety of places that you can put filler —these include in the cheeks, under the eyes, or high cheekbones for volume.
"It all depends on if you are trying to lift the cheek, use it for the nasolabial folds, or if you want to create contouring.
“Here, Farrah has put it everywhere, all over her face.
“It is not creating a specific shape and just makes everything look big on her face.
“She needs to remember that hyaluronic acids attract water, so she is still looking a bit puffy from the water. This is Filler Face 101.”
Farrah became famous in 2009 when she starred in 16 And Pregnant before joining MTV’s Teen Mom until 2012.
In addition to starring in Teen Mom OG until 2018, Farrah appeared in Celebrity Big Brother and Ex On The Beach.
On a personal note, Sophia’s father Derek Underwood died in a motor vehicle accident in 2008.
Farrah dated musician Mark Lovatt for a short time in 2023.
Last December, she shared a photo with a mystery man, who many speculate is her current partner.
Westreich said Farrah is being "intentional" with her looks, but her use of filler is "problematic."
“Filler is problematic because it comes in pre-made amounts," he said.
“As opposed to things like Botox, where you can have a vial that's a multi-use vial and can draw up as much as you want.
"The patient only pays for what they use.

She needs to remember it gets tough to get rid of filler and it never really fully goes away.
Dr. Westreich
“You don't have to over-treat people about Botox.
“When somebody buys a filler syringe, they buy the whole syringe.
"Everybody feels compelled to use it because they pay for it.
“They might inject the lip but have some leftover, so figure out where the rest of it will go.
“With Farrah, the amount of filler we see is not leftover, so this is more intentional.
“She needs to remember it gets tough to get rid of it. Sometimes filler never really fully goes away."
