‘Taste delicious’ gush pet lovers as they race to Aldi for adorable dog Easter eggs & they’re half the price of M&S

 group, one shopper said: “Spotted these chocolate retriever and labrador puppies for sale in the new Aldi leaflet.

";Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....as if people are going to eat them......not a chance lol."

"It’s too cute to eat", agreed a second.

Meanwhile a third asked: "Who would eat those cuties?"

But dog lovers are eating them - and have confirmed they taste "delicious".

One said: "I bought two, tried it last week, it’s yummy!!!"

Another added: "I can confirm the golden retriever tastes delicious."

Someone else chimed in: "Someone bought my kids this and it’s soo tasty."

Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: "Got the cutest Easter egg in Aldi. My dog is not impressed that it’s not actually for doggos ha but makes a good gift for golden lovers! In this instance, to me from me."

And a fifth gushed: "Chocolate puppies. i want them ALLLLLL."

It comes as Aldi customers were racing to get their hands on delicious chocolates which dupe luxury brand Lindt. 

The supermarket giant is selling “gorgeous” truffle-filled milk chocolate eggs which make the perfect treat this Easter. 

Made by Moser Roth, the packs are £1.99 per 150g in stores and online. 

One happy shopper said: “If you love Lindt chocolate these are for you! It tastes exactly the same but only £1.99.”

Another user said: “Better than Lindt.”

“I’ve got a bit of an addiction to these, they are so good," confessed someone else.

“Oh these are gorgeous,” said a fourth.
