SAVVY shoppers are sprinting to Tesco, desperate to get their hands on huge share bags of Cadbury chocolate.

So if you’ve got a sweet tooth and fancy nabbing yourself a bargain, you’ll need to listen up.

Recently, we noticed that bargain hunters went wild as large bags of Twirl chocolates had been reduced down to just £1.80.

Four days ago, Tesco fan Nicole Jordan took to social media, posting on , a private Facebook group with a staggering 2.4 million members, to flag the discounted buy.

Alerting other shoppers to the bargain, she shared a snap of her find and simply penned: “Tesco Fratton, Portsmouth”. 

At the time, the 300 gram bags of Twirl chocolates, which were originally priced at £4, had been slashed down to just £1.80.

But if you thought the £2.20 saving was good, prepare to think again.

Now, an eagle-eyed shopper noticed that the share bags have been slashed yet again - and are now scanning at the till at just 35p each - yes, you heard that correctly.

But if you want to get your hands on these discounted treats, you’ll need to be fast - once they're gone, they're gone.

Posting on , a private Facebook group with 202,300 members, chocolate fan Samantha Ley shared a picture of her haul of the yellow sticker finds.

Alongside the snap of her goodies, she wrote: “35p each.” 

Thanks to the second reduction, you’ll save £3.65 per share bag.

And with many of our purses feeling tighter than ever before, we think that's a super sweet saving.

Social media users were left open-mouthed at the Facebook posts and were eager to share their thoughts on the discounted buys in the comments.

One person said: “Oh my.” 

Another added: “Love a Twirl.”

Whilst a third tagged a loved one and commented: “Eyes peeled if you head to Tesco.”

However, not everyone was sold.

One food fan claimed: “These don't taste very nice!

"Dry and strange, not like proper Twirls.”
