EMILY Atack is soon set to welcome her first child and if you take a quick glance at her Instagram, where she has 1.9 million followers, there’s bump pictures galore.
The Inbetweeners star, 34, is expecting a child with scientist Dr Alistair Garner, who The Sun previously revealed is the son of her late uncle – Dr Stephen Garner – who married Emily’s aunt Jane Robbins in 1994.
An insider said that the actress and Allistair grew up together and were thrilled when they found out they were going to become parents.
The source explained: “Emily and Alistair consider themselves more family friends but they are cousins who aren’t related by blood.
“They grew up together and have always got on really well, but last year they started to get closer.
“It has been a really natural evolution of their friendship and they both have strong feelings for each other.

“Emily and Alistair were thrilled when they found out they were expecting and are really looking forward to becoming parents."
Since Emily announced the happy news on her social media, we’ve seen the blonde beauty share a series of stunning pictures flaunting her bump on social media.
But according to a body language expert, it appears that the TV star is sending very clear signals through her bump snaps.
According to Judi James, Emily has had a rough relationship history, but is now ‘ready to settle down’ and is ‘totally in love’.

Judi James told Fabulous: “Emily’s dating history is like a patchwork quilt of desirable men.
“She’s dated some of the most beautiful guys on the planet and she also appears to have kissed a few frogs.
“Her emotional openness shows high levels of self-awareness plus a less inflated ego than most celebs possess.
“Emily says she’s confident but also suffers from low self-esteem and that has shown in some of her previous red-carpet appearances.
“Standing next to guys like model Jack Vacher her awkwardness was visible. Instead of flashing her signature smile Emily seemed to be trying for a matching Zoolander-style open mouth model pout and her rigid arm and wary eye expression illustrated her comment that she ‘didn’t want to stand next to Jack because he was too good looking’.
Emily’s baby bump is her love focus right now
Judi James
“Recently though, Emily has been able to show signals of being besotted and in love with her red-carpet choice of a ‘plus one’ without worrying about the feedback or consequences.
“Emily now looks resilient, as though she is less ready to listen to other people and content in a way that hints she’s ready to settle down.”
Judi claimed that Emily’s bump snaps reflect her as ‘emotionally resilient’, as well as signalling a ‘calm confidence’.
She continued: “Emily’s baby bump is her love focus right now in her body language as she strokes it, cradles it and reveals it to the camera shows no need for any filter in terms of signalling open pride and affection.
“The bump has been seen so often in public and on social media that it’s almost a celebrity in its own right, but Emily’s presentation of it and poses with it seem to signal that she’s become emotionally resilient rather than caring what other people think after a decade of rollercoaster romances.
She appears totally fulfilled and totally in love
Judi James
“Emily has described being single as ‘miserable’ but her previous flings and romances don’t seem to have brought her much in the way of peace, happiness and contentment.
“So, with her bump we seem to be shown her emotional ‘sweet spot’, with signals of calm confidence plus a hint of defiance for any critics.”
Bumping in the bath
When it comes to Emily’s recent bath snap, Judi explained: “Emily’s bathroom Insta pic shows her looking youthful and besotted as she lies in the bath with the bump showing through the water.
“Looking bare-faced in the suds and wearing a slightly coy smile she appears totally fulfilled and totally in love.”
Dress to impress
Where Emily’s more glamorous, Bafta pictures are concerned, Judi claimed: “Elegant and high-status, Emily adopts a haughtier pose in designer clothing. These more elegant poses seem to signal a peak of personal self-esteem.
“She seems to have gone for a Beyonce-style pregnancy posing here, which is more dramatic and a little along the ‘goddess’ baby mama route.”
Hold this
Like many pregnant celebrities, Emily is no stranger to a bit of baby bump PDA, as Judi concluded: “Emily’s baby bump PDAs have, like Meghan Markle’s when she was pregnant in the UK, led to unfair and bitter-sounding trolling.
"Emily is using natural gestures of pride and bonding with her baby though.
“Her touch rituals suggest a desire to keep the baby safe and to communicate with it.
“Why flaunt a fling when you can show unmasked, authentic and open signals of bump-love for the cameras?
“Emily’s hand rituals with her bump include either cupping it and cradling it with her hand or hands placed beneath the bump or protecting and communicating with it via a hand on top of the bump.
“Her facial expression looks less about presenting an overkill grin for the camera and more about producing a closed-lip, dreamier-looking facial expression to suggest she’s finally found a route to settling down happily.

“In the background there is a romance with the father but it’s the relationship with the baby bump that looks currently central to Emily’s life and happiness.”
