Heather Dubrow swears by ‘dolphin training’ anti-aging practice – even though her fellow Real Housewives make fun of her
WHEN it comes to protecting her skin, there is nothing Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Heather Dubrow won't do.
The mother of four wants to keep her youthful looks for as long as possible.
And if there is one thing she swears by, it's staying away from the sun.
Heather — who is married to plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, the co-host of E!'s Botched — also doesn't care if her age-defying antics get her ridiculed by her fellow Real Housewives.
"I've got an SPF that zips up to here down to the wrist, down to the ankles, to stay away from the sun," Heather told The U.S. Sun.
Between her full-length outdoor suit and her accessories, it seems that her cast mates can't help but call her out.
"I wear a hat — they make fun of me on the show.
"If we're out in the sun, they call it my dolphin training suit."
Heather is willing to sacrifice being a sun worshiper to remain wrinkle-free.
"I really don't put my face in the sun ever, that is a really good thing to do," she said.

She also credits these products for her always glam and red carpet-ready glow-up: her own.
A few years back, the Housewife and her husband launched their own extensive skincare line called Consult Beaute.
If you're not quite ready to go under the knife on Terry's table, the brand offers anti-aging products ranging from moisturizers to eye creams, plus eye and lash treatments.
Her routine includes their $49.95 , which is described as working to bathe the skin in two clinically studied forms of CoQ10.
This combination is said to enhance the skin's antioxidant defense against the appearance of aging while keeping skin feeling energized — and most importantly, youthful.
In addition to staying sun free, her smooth skin might also be due to the brand's .
The skincare product is a moisture-rich treatment formulated to smooth and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
The popular $26.50 is described as working to restore a firm look while keeping the skin around the eye area hydrated, illuminated, and supple.
"I think just honestly hydrating, eating right, and being happy are really, really good ways to stay youthful," said Heather.

Not only does she like looking great, but she's also a fan of helping others feel great themselves.
"I actually love giving the gift of beauty and buying people gorgeous eyeshadow palettes and lipsticks that they wouldn't splurge on for themselves."
