A MUM who bagged 28 jars of Necafe at her local supermarket has hit back at trolls who accused her of being selfish.
Taking to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing & Bargains UK, the mum shared a snap of her enormous coffee haul.
Captioning her post, she revealed she had paid just £2.25 for a 300g jar at ASDA, which usually retail at around £8.
But while the mum was thrilled with her bargain, with her 28 jars coming in at £63 rather than £224, fellow group members were quick to criticise her ‘greedy’ behaviour.
Commenting on the post, one wrote: “Greedy why do you need all that?”
“How can you get full pks when it's 3 per customer?” asked another.

A third chimed in to say: “Well, that 3 per customer rule was really useful in your asda wasn't it..... NOT.”
Another simply wrote, “Greed.”
Upon seeing the backlash the mum then updated her post to defend her actions.
She wrote: “NOT ALL PURCHASED BY MYSELF NOR OR SAME DAY OR SAME STORE AS SOME PEOPLE SEEM TO THINK.”

The mum’s comment was met by a flurry of support by fellow bargain hunters who told her to ignore her critics.
One wrote: “If it’s something ur going to use take advantage of it while u can, everyone needs to save money somewhere.”
Another agreed adding: “All the people moaning about her ordering a lot of coffee.... YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE!”
“Just ignore the Karens!” said a third.
But one commenter was quick to share their own theory.
She wrote: “Not here to complain about how many you bought, but just wondering… if you your hubby and family bought 3 each in separate transactions, on separate days, how they managed to get through the till in complete packs?”
