‘Is anything fresh?’ Mum shamed for haul that only contains instant or tinned food but she defends her ‘picky’ kids

The massive haul cost her close to a whopping £560 - and she also hits back at the people criticising the food choices

A WOMAN has found herself brutally mum-shamed after sharing the massive grocery haul, which consisted only of canned and instant goodies.

Alexandra Sabol, who reckons she's a ''cool mum'', took to TikTok to proudly show off the food she'd nabbed from the store for her kids - however, cruel people on social media were quick to criticise her.

The massive food shop, she shared in , mainly included ready-made items, as well as tinned goodies and piles of instant mash.

As well as bagging several cans of spaghetti hoops and tinned soup, the mum had also snapped up cheesy cheddar pasta, scrumptious mac and cheese, as well as some packets of ramen that only required water to cook.

In terms of veggies, Alexandra had purchased two bags of fresh potatoes, as well as canned black beans, tinned sliced carrots, tinned green beans, canned mixed vegetables and diced tomatoes in a can.

Meanwhile, for one of her kids who's rather picky, the mum had brought home ''little mashed potato cups''.

''This is the only way he'll eat mashed potatoes,'' the mum explained in the clip.

Back to the snack section, Alexandra had decided to also pick up bags of crisps of various flavours, including Honey Barbeque, as well as special Parmesan cheese crisps.

The huge grocery haul also consisted of a ready-made waffle mix for breakfast, canned meatballs in a delicious tomato sauce, instant Spanish rice, Italian dressing, Olive Garden ranch sauce, more mac and cheese, dill pickle crisps and pretzel pieces that are perfect for snacking.

Whilst browsing the store, Alexandra had also snapped up several containers of Pringles of several flavours, soda and some water.

''I have a wall of food around me, y'all,'' the mum chuckled towards the end of the video, which has racked up over 500k views in less than 24 hours.

But whilst Alexandra may have been all chuffed with her massive haul, people on the platform were far from impressed and raced to comments to share their thoughts.

For the most part, viewers were concerned with the lack of ''fresh'' produce, such as veggies and fruit.

One horrified person wondered: ''Is anything fresh?''

Someone else agreed, adding: ''Why don’t you just make a huge batch of homemade spaghetti… all the cans are killing me.''

''Man the spaghettio cans could make a fun drinking game!'' another reckoned.

''Every time you see a can you gotta take a shot!''

''I’m just waiting for something that’s not in a packet, the closest I got was potato,'' a fourth chimed in.

Luckily for Alexandra, who claimed she'd spent close to £560 for the total costs, it wasn't all negative, as loads of people raced to hit back at the critics.

One foodie said: ''So I would be so happy living with you while we eat all that good food.''

''Great balance! You're doing great,'' another wrote.

''Why is everyone so mean? Live and let live. Wishing you and your family the best,'' a kind fan added.

Alexandra, from the USA, recently hit headlines after cruel trolls mocked her for serving her one-year-old tot Cheetos and chicken nuggets for lunch.

She also explained why viewers never see any veggies on her daughter's plate.

''She does not eat them [vegetables],'' noted the mum, adding that her son, on the other hand, loved broccoli.

''I started plating vegetables on camera just to make y'all happy and I want y'all to know that every time I feed her vegetables on camera [...], off-camera I need to make her chicken nuggets.
