In the clip shared on TikTok, Libby, who says she's dealt with mould issues on many jobs over the years, also shared some key factors explaining where the mould is probably coming from and what's causing it.
She goes on to say that if you've got mould around areas of your windows then it could be due to many reasons, but it's likely to be one of the following.
"It's probably going to be the bricks and mortar outside of your property that probably just want redoing - it doesn't cost a lot, it's not a big job," she says.
"Or it could be the seals on your windows. Or it could also be condensation, it could be a ventilation issue."
The cleaning whizz also points out that the more ventilated your property is the better.
Libby adds that if you've got mould along the top of your ceilings, it could be one of three things - including your guttering, something to do with the roof, or a ventilation issue.

"Always keep your extracts of hands on, and try and keep your window open as much as you can," she advises.
