ALDI’S beauty and self-care range has soared in popularity for good reason: it offers the champagne lifestyle on a lemonade budget.

And better yet, the German supermarket plans to release brand new skincare, bath products and perfumes this Thursday as part of its bi-weekly Specialbuys drop.

You will find perfumes “perfect for treating your loved one” on Valentine’s Day and candles that turn into body oil once lit in Aldi’s middle aisle this week.

There’s also new skincare, including a dupe of Victoria Beckham’s loved Weleda Skin Food moisturiser and a gel serum to rehydrate your skin from winter dryness.

The products are all by Lacura: Aldi’s in-house beauty brand, with a dedicated team producing all things beauty and wellness on a budget.

But bosses warned “a small number of Specialbuys may be delayed”, meaning you may have to wait for the second drop on Sunday.

Perfume

Among the perfumes hitting shelves on Thursday is the Lacura Perfect Pink, Devotion and Empress scents.

Aldi bosses said that “each bottle has its own stunning scent, giving an air of luxury to the next date night”.

For £5.99, you get 100ml of product, with Devotion said to be a dupe of Dior's famous J'adore scent for an eye-watering £131 cheaper.

Empress is a dupe of Paco Rabanne's Olympea perfume at £97 cheaper, while Perfect Pink is another Dior dupe.

The short, square bottle emulates the French perfumer’s Miss Dior… but for £131 cheaper.

Skincare

Alongside the new perfumes, Aldi is also dropping Lacura Moisturising Cream in rich and light formulas.

The 75ml tubes of moisturiser will set you back £3.99 a pop and help “banish those January blues”, according to the team at Lacura.

The product is a dupe for the Weleda Skin Food products, which are loved by Posh Spice herself.

Taking to Facebook, Sarah-Louise Robinson shared that she’s “buzzing to try” the new moisturiser.

It can be teamed with the new Lacura Hydrating Gel Serum which “rapidly absorbs into the skin to plump and hydrate”.

The £4.99 bottle reportedly reduces the appearance of fine lines to leave re-hydrated and silky skin.

Bath

As of Thursday, shoppers can also pick up the Lacura Vanilla Honey Bath from the middle aisle.

“A scented golden nectar, this sweet bath soak will help you relax and unwind,” a blurb on the product reads.

“Take your baths to the next level with this soothing and scented soak.”

It is formulated with almond oil, provitamin B5 and honey, and comes with a honey dipper to run under the tap “for blissful bubbles”.

A new Hotel Collection Massage Candle is also set to hit shelves this week, “providing luxurious fragrance and ambience to your home” for just £4.99.

Unlike Aldi’s other candles, the melted wax can be used as a body or massage oil.
