From J-Lo’s 3Bs workout to Amanda Holden’s ‘breath of fire’…how celeb mums in their 40s & 50s look SO amazing in bikinis
ZARA TINDALL has stunned royal fans with her toned bikini body on the beach in Byron Bay, Australia.
The King’s niece and mum-of-three, 42, was snapped rocking a blue bikini alongside her ex-rugby pro husband Mike in the 30-degree heat.
Incredibly, her fab physique hasn’t aged a day in 20 years - and she’s not the only celeb who’s stopped age in its tracks.
Here, Kirsten Jones uncovers the secrets stars use to stop the clock and keep looking sexy on the sand in the fifth and sixth decades…
Amanda Holden
It's not just Amanda’s swimwear which is getting smaller - the Heart radio host, 52, is looking even trimmer than her throwback snap from 2009, when the young mum was just two years shy of 40.
Amanda was mistaken for Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson last year and it’s all thanks to full fat food and the ‘Breath of Fire’.

The Heart radio host claims the yoga exercise ‘Breath of Fire’ keeps her energy levels tip top. The combination of soft inhales and powerful exhales is thought to relieve stress.
Amanda shared: “It’s better than a cup of coffee. My body got strong and any excess fat disappeared.”
Zara Tindall
No stranger to sport, Team GB Olympian Zara married ex-rugby legend Mike Tindall in 2011 and rode eight horses a day at the height of her equestrian career.
Incredibly, the 42-year-old’s bikini body hasn’t aged a day in 20 years thanks to a ‘wheely’ good routine.

The royal mum-of-three is thought to start the day with a bowl of Greek yoghurt and honey before working out on her stationary bike.
She previously revealed: “I don’t diet but I try to eat well and not eat too many carbohydrates or sugary things. Lunch is quick and simple, like soup and a sandwich or eggs and toast.”
Myleene Klass
Ex-Hear'Say singer Myleene made more than a few mouths water when she donned *that* iconic white bikini on I’m a Celeb in 2006.
She (and the skimpy two-piece) was such a hit, she designed her own version with Next. She was seen modelling the two-piece 2.0 18 years and three kids later, and you won’t see any wobbles on that washboard stomach.
Her secret? Skipping.
Not just a playground hobby, skipping targets all areas of the body and burns up to 20 calories per minute.
She revealed last year: “It’s an amazing full body workout…I don’t think there’s any exercise that can beat it.”
Jennifer Lopez
You'd be forgiven for thinking this Latino pop icon is decades younger than her 54 years - not least due to that incredible hourglass figure.
Fresh-faced JLo was a head-turner in her 20s, but this singer and movie siren has proved that with age comes yet more beauty.
Jenny from the block reportedly stays strong by working out the ‘3Bs’ - biceps, back and that unmistakable booty.
And for those amazing abs, daily Emsculpt: a non-surgical treatment that contracts muscles (beyond what we can achieve by working out) to improve tone and reduce fat.
The treatment claims to shed 1.5 inches from the waist and boost fat metabolism [fat burning] fivefold. Sessions cost around £500 a pop…ok if you’ve got the pennies!
Halle Berry
James Bond fans got an eyeful of Halle Berry’s bikini body in the 2002 movie Die Another Day.
White belted swimwear has since got the boot, Berry’s slimline figure is going nowhere. The 57-year-old actress is a serious gym bunny.
Alongside her extreme HIIT workouts is a more manageable hack to a hot body.
Halle is a big fan of glucose control capsules, which claim to control sugar spikes and boost sugar metabolism - helping the body process sugar, not pack it on our bellies as fat.
Demi Moore
61-year-old Demi hasn’t aged a day since she hit the beach in 2003 blockbuster Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
The new grandmother was no ‘Ghost’ to the cameras on her Greek yacht holiday last year. She swapped her surfboard for sexy aviator sunglasses and flaunted her flawless figure in a low-cut baby blue bikini.

It’s not pottery keeping her in peak form - the actress is an ace at virtual dance classes. The star uses ‘The Mirror’ [now Lululemon Studio], a device that offers personalised cardio workouts at home through, quite literally, a mirror.
Dancing can burn over 500 calories in 30 minutes - well worth the wiggle.
