One of the inexpensive tricks she swears by is starting each day with water and lemon juice and a probiotic yoghurt, which can be as little as 30p.
Carmen also swears by drinking lots of water each day and enjoying regular walks with friends.
When it comes to her skincare, she always wears suncream and minimises her make-up in order to let her skin breathe.

Speaking to the , she said: “I moisturise my skin with anything that comes to hand, but nothing on the outside is going to make a blind bit of difference unless you take care of the inside.”
Carmen, who appeared on the cover of Vogue aged 15, keeps her body flexible doing gentle exercises and doing mindfulness exercises.
