SHE thought she was going to be the next Victoria Beckham.

But one wannabe WAG was left sorely disappointed when she found out that life as the girlfriend of a non-league player is vastly different to being the wife of a Premier League one.

Emily took to TikTok to share a of herself sitting in the stands looking highly unimpressed as she tried to shelter from the rain while watching boyfriend Alex on the field.

"Shock to the system when being a WAG isn't shopping trips to Selfridges, holidays in the Maldives and driving about in Range Rovers," she wrote over the top of the clip.

"It's freezing your t**s off in the depths of winter, sat in an empty stand watching your man run around a field."

"Not quite the WAG life i imagined but hey at least it wasn't raining," she added in the caption.

And there were numerous comments from people who admitted they could entirely relate to Emily's hardship.

"Non league wag life is not for the faint hearted," one wrote.

To which Emily replied: "I feel this comment with my whole being!"

"Even worse when you go and just watch him sit on the bench," another joked.

"HAHAHA don’t even get me started," Emily responded.

"Rainy and wet and a sip of orange squash at half time get in there love," another joked.

"I watch Saturday and Sunday," someone else sighed.

With Emily replying: "Pray for you bc that is brutal!"

"Drive through maccies post match is still a vibe though right," another wrote.

As someone else commented: "But… good news is you still look fab doing it!"

"I strive to look good on the touchline," Emily responded.

"Like being the band gf," another commented.

"There’s no VIP, you’re carrying the gear around and fetching drinks.

"I thought I was going to be Sharon Osbourne!"

In another video on her TikTok page, Emily revealed she'd driven an hour to watch her boyfriend play an away game, but wasn't allowed in because she'd forgotten her £3 gate fee.
