I never get a bargain in WHSmith so was stunned when some cute Christmas toys scanned for 1p each, I’m so chuffed

The toys shouldn't have even been on the shelf, according to one former WHSmith employee

And that's why mum Kerry was so stunned when she found an epic bargain in her local WHSmith.

on Facebook to share her find, writing: "Popped into WHSmith, got these for Xmas presents

"Was £9.99, scanned for 1p - what a bargain!"

The picture showed two adorable reindeer toys, each with a white and red striped scarf and bright red nose.

"Wow fab bargain, and so cute too," one person commented on the post.

As another sighed: "I never find any bargains like that - that's amazing!"

"They're so cute," a third gushed.

"Should have stocked up & donated them to your local xmas toy appeal," someone else wrote.

To which Kerry replied: "I did think this but I wouldn't have be able to carry them.

"1p stock is stock they should return to the warehouse and shouldn’t be sold," another added.

"Return to warehouse for any 1p stock. Our Christmas teddy's are still £4.99!"

The reindeer toys are currently not on the WHSmith website.

And a mini reindeer toy is being sold online for £8.99, showing just how much of a bargain Kerry managed to get.
