AS the Queen of Thanksgiving, Martha Stewart will be lapping up plenty of praise for her cooking skills over the holidays.
But according to a plastic surgeon, the celebrity chef's anti-aging efforts through the years also "deserve a round of applause."
Martha, 82, shared a photo on on Friday showing her standing with a PR executive outside New York Public Library.
The billionaire businesswoman was dressed in a shimmery two-piece and looked youthful.
Fans reacted to the image. One wrote: “Ladies, you keep getting better and hotter!”
Another said: “You looking sharp Ms lady.”
He claimed her skin was getting "shinier and shinier" - a key tell.
In May, the mom-of-one denied any plastic surgery during an interview with .
"I’ve had absolutely no plastic surgery whatsoever," she said, following a cover shoot for Sports Illustrated.
Martha added: "I have very healthy, good hair. I drink green juice every day. I take my vitamins."
On Botox, the lifestyle pro said: "It’s a weird thing for me, " before saying: "I really and truly don’t do a lot."
In an exclusive interview, Westreich told The U.S. Sun: “Over the last two decades, Martha has been doing Botox.
“It appears she has also had fillers, skin tightening, and laser resurfacing.
“Martha's skin quality over the years gets smoother and smoother and shinier and shinier.
“The only way to do that is with resurfacing, whether by laser or chemical peels.
"Martha has likely been spending around $10,000 a year on treatments since the early 2000s, but with a break starting mid-2004."
Westreich spotted what looked like a Botox pause during her incarceration in October 2004.
"The only time that Martha was not doing Botox was around the jail time," he said.
“From around 2000 until early 2004, her forehead was starting to look nice and smooth.
“Around the jail time and to the beginning of 2005, you can see a big change in her skin and more wrinkles.
“Then magically a while after she got out of jail, the wrinkles suddenly disappeared.”
The former model and stockbroker served five months of jail time in 2004, for conspiracy charges related to an insider trading scandal.
Along with her sentence Martha had to pay a fine of $30,000.
Westreich noticed Martha had a specific form to her cheeks and jawline.
“She has always had a little bit of jowling," he said.
“There is a little bit of lack to the inner side.
“Now as she smiles, you do not see the jowling so much.
“The filler in her cheeks also helps because she has these accordion lines there that she has always had.
“These happen when you smile and get those vertical lines that echo the nasolabial folds.
“I call them accordion lines.”
Martha's 2023 Sports Illustrated cover shoot saw the New Jersey native make a return to modeling.
She became the oldest cover girl in the publication's history.
Westreich added: “In the scheme of things, Martha looks good here.
“I think she looks pretty good in fact.
“Whatever she has done, she has done it all very tastefully.
“So whoever is taking care of Martha deserves a round of applause.
“If she is consistently doing more than two syringes of filler a year, over time it has built up and helps.
“Her filler has helped to prevent volume loss and keeps her looking longer.”
Westreich estimated the cooking mogul has shelled out thousands over the years.
“Now she would be having filler maybe twice a year and Botox as well," he said.
“The lasers are usually more of an annual thing.
"Over the last two decades, she would have spent around $200,000.

"It all looks good. She is a good example of someone who has done these things and it has worked for her.
“I do not even think she has had her eyes done or anything else."
