Home Bargains shoppers love an £8 letterbox Christmas door bow – but people say it’ll drive the postie crackers
WITH Christmas fast approaching, many of us will be starting to think of ways to get the house looking festive.
And savvy shoppers have spotted a fab decoration in The Range that’s perfect for those looking to make a statement this winter.
The find was shared in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains, where more than 2.3 million members share their discount buys.
Canny customer Brandon posted some shots of the Tartan bow that he’d purchased from The Range, which scans for just £8.
According to the product description on the homeware store’s website, the piece is “a unique and attractive decoration perfect for hanging on your front door, in a window, or anywhere else you want to add a touch of magic”.
The 66cmx50cm size also means it’s large enough to make a real statement, ensuring to leave an impression with visitors.
Brandon had placed the bow temporarily on the inside of his front door to test it out, however he added “I will put the bow outside when I put it up again near Christmas”.
The ornament had plenty of fans, with one user replying: “I just got one, love it.”
“I need one this year,” another added.
A third one wrote: “I was looking at that the other day, wish I’d bought it now. Looks great!”

But not everyone was such a fan, with some pointing out a rather fatal design flaw to the oversized bow.
“Postie will love you,” one cheeky group member joked.
“£8!!! How will postman ‘post’ around it?” a second added.
While Bradon clarified it wasn’t too tight, meaning letters could still be put through the front door, not everyone was convinced.
