A MAN has been praised after showing how he completely made over his kitchen for just £50.

Martin proudly posted the results on Facebook, explaining that he wanted to prove you "don't have to spend a fortune" for an entirely new look.

Behind the cooker, he'd used stickers from eBay to transform the cream tiles - making them monochrome.

He also used stick-on tiles which he got from the charity shop and Home Bargains to cover up the beige kitchen floor.

And he gave the cupboards a whole new look courtesy of sticky plastic wrap from homeware store Boyes.

The only thing he actually painted was the handles - which he'd made black instead of silver.

Martin added in response to the abundance of comments that everything he'd done is removable, making it the perfect solution if you're renting.

People were quick to praise him for the incredible transformation, with one writing: "Wow! That's awesome! And thank you so much for sharing."
