First posted on Reddit, the challenge is one of will and a keen eye, as the cat seems nearly impossible to find.

This test is no, Where's Waldo nor I Spy of childhood, it's a true brainteaser.

In the original post, there was an array of skilled searchers.

One user wrote: "Found it rather quickly! I just thought to myself where would a cat like to rest in this place?"

"That was a very surprising find," wrote someone who likely struggled a bit more.

With earthen colors of brown and moss green, contrasted by shocking splashes of red from sparse architecture, it is difficult to focus in on a feline figure.

If you have not spotted it thus far, a hint might fare you well, it is a brown-toned animal, expertly camouflaged.

If you don't need a hint, try another tricky find of the slithery kind with a deadly snake hunt.

"Fun, gorgeous pic to search!" a Redditor commented.

It seems that the post hosted geniuses and dunces alike if the prompt is to be believed; the faster the find, the higher the IQ.

Where do you fall among the original viewers?

Once you find the cat, try for another cat-themed brain and perception challenge among an optical illusion and see what your find says about you.

Have you found it yet?

Just above the midline of the photograph, not quite the background, the furry friend is nestled just to the right of a splash of red architecture, hidden by the brown earth.
