Footballer Neymar’s model ex Soraja Vucelic claims pressure piled on her to stay slim drove her to anorexia
The model is currently under the care of healthcare professionals at an eating disorder clinic
A FORMER Playboy model has revealed that she suffered from anorexia due to feeling the pressure to stay slim for her work.
Soraja Vucelic, 31, said she felt she had to keep her weight under 7 st 8lbs (50kg), and it drove her to avoid eating for days.
Speaking to online magazine Plus Online, the stunning Serbian model said: “I wanted to be thinner and thinner so sometimes I was not eating for days.
"I starved myself, but even though I was aware that it harmed my health, the kilograms just suddenly started to melt.
"My weight reduced to less than 50 kilograms, which, for my height is dangerous."

"When the doctors said they found my blood was in a terribly poor condition because of exhausting diets, I realised that I needed urgently to get back to normal," she said.
"I do not want to be in the situation where I have to stay in hospital. A friend who is a psychologist helped me a lot. We were talking for days. I hope that soon I will get out of this situation."
The star, who currently boasts 217,000 followers on Instagram, rose to fame after she was romantically linked to Brazilian footballer Neymar back in 2014.
Her career includes a number of Serbian Playboy shoots, hosting Serbia’s version of Wheel of Fortune and appearing in the country’s 2011 and 2013 series of Big Brother.
