Shoppers are racing to Asda to snap up bargain buys in the store’s mega sale – with items scanning at just 39p
THERE'S no feeling quite like nabbing yourself a bargain - so it's little surprise shoppers are racing to their nearest Asda store.
Shoppers have been showing off the huge bargains they've managed to nab in Asda's mega sale - and prices start from as little as 39p.
Amongst the thrilled shoppers was Sammie Jay, who managed to get her hands on some hugely discounted fluffy grey cushions for just 80p each.
Taking to money-saving Facebook group , she posted a photo of her bargain buy and penned: "In store at Asda.
"Couldn’t believe my luck as I needed new cushions anyway.
"Scanning at 80p - can't find online so must be in store only."

Another thrilled shopper named Janet Monks shared a snap of the super stylish light she nabbed in the mega sale - and it's perfect to add a touch of ambience to any home.
She penned: "Asda - 80p the light says Happy."

But home decor isn't the only thing on offer, with cleaning fans also loading their trolleys with hugely reduced products.
Alice McGrath was one of many shoppers who showed off her mega cleaning haul online.

She nabbed a Glade luscious cherry and peony odour spray, Febreeze orange and neroli air mist, Glade beach days and waves air mist, and Air Wick spring breeze and Island vanilla reed diffuser.
The bargain hunter commented: "Asda - Sprays reduced to 37p & 67p and reed diffuser £1.60.
"All in with the regular priced products - a few more scents the same price but that were out of stock in my local store."
Another cleaning whizz who spotted similar deals was Kat Pearson, who nabbed six air fresheners. two bottles of Febreeze fabric freshener spray and a Glade automatic spray refill sparkling watermelon air freshener.
Alongside a photo of her purchases, she penned: "69p-£1.79
"On a stand at the end of the aisle near bread."
But if it's kids' toys you're after, then you're in luck...
Eagle-eyed Claire Honer spotted a Dynaforce fire truck, which was reduced to just £6.25.
It features siren lights and sounds and even has a tank that can be filled up with water so that kids can douse the flames themselves.
She wrote: "Not sure if this is in all ASDAs but thought I'd share anyway as original price was £25. It is still expensive on the website."
The posts have since racked up hundreds of likes and comments between them, with many eager to get their hands on the hugely discounted bargains.
