I splurged £5.5k on a boob job but instantly regretted it – I shouldn’t have listened to people insulting my small boobs
ALYSSA McKay instantly regretted her boob job - she was just 21-years-old and jumped up three cup sizes overnight.
She had always been comfortable with the size of her chest until a family member encouraged her to go under the knife for the sake of looking good on social media.
The 23-year-old wore an AA-cup and had never felt insecure about her boobs.
But her rash decision based on a negative comment cost her £5.5k and a tonne of regret.
She is now a busty C-cup.
“For the first year and a half I hated my boobs,” Alyssa told .

“They looked fake, ginormous and made me feel uncomfortable.
“When I got my boobs done, the beauty trend was all about having the Kardashian look - big boobs and a big butt.
“I wish I would have waited and thought about whether surgery was something I really wanted to do or if I just thought I needed a certain look.”
The New Yorker is a social media influencer so looking good is part of the job.

But she realises now she looked just as good with a smaller chest and didn’t need silicone implants.
Alyssa has been candid about her regrets on social media and encouraged other women to think long and hard before they go under the knife.
She boasts an impressive 786k followers on Instagram and a whopping 10.3 million on TikTok.
Since her boob job, she has gone under the knife for a face lift - but this isn’t a procedure she regrets.
Alyssa was insecure about “how uneven her brows and eyelids were", so got a right endoscopic brow lift and upper blepharoplasty.
Similarly, Kylie Jenner recently admitted to going under the knife for a boob job but claims she regrets the decision.
"I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts,” she revealed in the season finale of The Kardashians on Thursday.
“Sat perfectly – just gorgeous. Like, perfect size, perfect everything.
“And I just wish obviously I never got them done to begin with."
