PRICE OF LOVE

I’m a rich housewife but it’s tough – my husband is constantly on his phone and I have to look good for him 24/7

A RICH housewife has revealed that the luxury lifestyle she paints on social media has downsides that not every woman would be able to stomach.

According to Soudi, not everyone is cut out to look their best everyday and deal with a husband who never puts his phone down.

“Being a millionaire’s wife, you just have to understand that he won’t always have time for you,” she said in a tell-all TikTok video.

“I always have to make sure I look a certain way and act a certain way because you never know who’s around or who recognises you.

“I always have to make sure I look 10/10.”

This means Soudi can’t even pop to the shops without her hair and make-up done.

She regularly has her hairstylist and make-up artist come to her mansion to help her get ready.

Soudi and Jamal got engaged in 2019, legally married in 2020 and had extravagant celebrations in 2021.

“When I got married to my millionaire that’s from Dubai, there were a few non-negotiables when it came to marriage and after marriage,” she explained in another video.

“And let me tell you, some of these will send western couples spiralling.”

The “first and biggest rule” in Soudi’s marriage is that the pair have no friends from the opposite sex.

The pair also have their “phone trackers” on permanently - meaning they can each see where the other is at any given time.

“This is mostly for safety purposes,” Soudi said. “Plus, another benefit is that Jamal doesn’t have to call me 24/7 asking me where I am.”

Her hubby also isn’t allowed another wife - something that is okayed in their religion and legal in the United Arab Emirates, where they live.

If he does want a second wife, Jamal has to ask Soudi for her permission first.

The pair plan to have lots of children together but Soudi said she is “most excited about the push presents”.

Push presents are gifts given to women shortly before or after they give birth, typically by the baby’s dad.

Soudi's lifestyle has seen her tot up over one million followers across social media.

However, the strict rules around her marriage and behaviour regularly raise eyebrows and people are keen to voice their opinions in her comments.
