My neighbour refused to pay for our shared fence so I got the ultimate revenge – it’s left people in hysterics

A GRANDAD decided to get the ultimate revenge after his neighbours refused to pay half for a shared fence between their gardens.

In order to show his annoyance, he only built half a fence in retaliation.

A photo shared toshows the fence with full-sized posts, but with wooden panels only reaching half-way up.

The snap was revealed by the man’s grandson – and people have rushed to share their thoughts.

The grandson wrote: “My Grandad’s neighbour wouldn’t go 50/50 on a new fence, even though it’s the neighbour’s fence, so my Grandad only put up half a fence.”

Many people praised the petty act, but said he should have taken it even further.

One person commented: “He should prop the panels up, so they’re at the top.”

Another added: “Rookie mistake. You need to just attach the top half of the fence. That way you can be even more impractical.”
