Every weekend I am out in my garden, trimming the bushes in the nude.
It is about being body-confident and, to be honest, I’ve never been fitter in my life, so why not show it off?
I don’t think there is anything wrong with it.
We are born naked and all have the same bits.

It’s a real leveller, it means we are all the same when we are naked.
I have given the postman a shock, I’m sure.
But I’m that naughty neighbour.
We only get the sun for a short while so we need to enjoy it rather than worrying about what boring neighbours next door think of it.
But gardening in the nude isn’t for the weak.
I’ve been stung a few times in awkward places. However, that’s rare and not worth hiding away for.
When I was 20 I would never have thought of being naked all the time, but confidence has come with age.
We are all different shapes and sizes, and let’s celebrate that.
Now I am 55, I feel more free and sexy and, hopefully, I’ll still be doing this when I am 80.
