In her workout , YouTuber Sophie () focused on efficiency and effectiveness.

Being a personal trainer, she knows how difficult it is to stay motivated throughout a lengthy exercise regimen.

So rather than creating a workout that lasts over an hour, she crafted a six-minute one for a "killer six-pack."

The routine was "super intense" with no equipment or rest time.

Sophie started with her back on the mat and her feet on the floor.

For 30 seconds, the fitness enthusiast did as many swimmer crunches as she could, making sure to engage her abdomen.

Next, she moved on to single-leg bicycle crunches with her right arm and left leg.

After 30 seconds, she switched to the other side.

Sophie transitioned into side crunches with her legs straightened out and lifted.

Again, she did as many reps as she could before the 30-second timer was up.

An elevated ab truck and elevated bicycle followed.

To work the lower abdomen, Sophie moved on to toe touches and alternating toe touches after.

She engaged her entire body with cocoon reps, swinging her arms around and in to meet her knees in the middle.

A series of leg raises were done next. She did regular ones and then added hip lifts at the end for the next set.

To close the workout, Sophie did 60 seconds of leg circles.

Eager fans commented on their experience after trying Sophie's intense ab routine.
