Mrs Hinch’s most impressive recipes driving foodies wild including the easiest lazy girl KitKat cheesecake
IF you’re a food fan, then you’ve come to the right place.
While many of us are familiar with Mrs Hinch and will recognise her for her cleaning tips and tricks, the cleanfluencer has also revealed her love for food.
If you take a quick look at Sophie Hinchliffe’s social media, mixed within the cleaning advice there’s also a variety of impressive recipes that have been driving foodies wild, including a show stopper KitKat cheesecake and canapé roses which are bound to impress.
But the 33-year-old mum-of-two explained that she actually isn’t a “great” cook, but instead, likes to “pretend” she is.
So whether you’ve got friends coming over soon, or want to rustle up a treat for your kids, or you’re just hungry and fancy making yourself something a bit different, you’ll need to listen up.

Dinner party ready
Mrs Hinch recently demonstrated how she makes , so if you’ve got a dinner party coming up, then you’ll need to listen up.
She said: “Its Len’s birthday party this weekend so I TRIED to make some posh looking “canapés” for the adults buffet table.”
To make the party treat, Sophie got a tortilla wrap, which she covered with soft, cream cheese.
Using a pizza slice, she cut the tortilla into strips and then placed pieces of cut chorizo along the edge of each strip.

She then simply rolled the wrap up and put a piece of basil on the top to decorate.
Not only do Sophie’s creations look like mini roses, but they also look incredibly tasty too.
Even better, they’re quick and easy to make with no cooking involved.
One for the cheese lovers
In another video, Mrs Hinch shared a will be sure to drool over.
She said: “For all my puff pastry cheese lovers. I made this yesterday, it was a hit! I’m making it again today.”
To create her cheesy snack, she rolled out a large piece of puff pastry and then placed mozzarella cheese slices on top, along with chorizo.
She then rolled the pasty into a large roll and then neatly cut off the ends.
After this, Sophie used a knife to create slits in the pasty and added pieces of mozzarella and sliced tomato in each slit.
She then sprinkled some mixed herbs over the top and popped into the oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
To serve, Sophie sprinkled over “basil leaves if you wanna look posh” as she cut her creation into slices.
Thanks to Sophie, this cheese-filled recipe is bound to leave your loved ones impressed.
The ultimate showstopper
Now, if you are really looking for a showstopper recipe, Sophie’s is one you certainly won’t want to miss.
To make the base of her cheesecake, Sophie blitzed 350 grams of Digestive biscuits in a food processor.
She then mixed the biscuits with 170 grams of melted unsalted butter.
Following this, Sophie got a cake tin, which she lined with parchment paper.
Around the edge of the tin, Sophie lined up KitKat fingers and then added her biscuit base to the bottom of the tin, before making her cheesecake recipe.
For this, she mixed 450ml of double cream with 500 grams of cream cheese, as well as 120 grams of icing sugar and 200 grams of melted and cooled white chocolate.
Once the cheesecake was added on top of the base, Sophie created the topping - where she added 100 grams of dark chocolate, then 100ml of double cream and then sprinkled over chocolate chips and eies of white chocolate.
So if you don’t fancy forking out loads of cash on a fancy birthday cake, you’ll want to give this cheesecake recipe a try.
The simplest muffins
If you’re bored and want a quick and easy recipe that is bound to leave little ones beaming, Sophie shared how she makes her simple but delicious .
She said: “I made these Pancake Muffins this morning for brekkie! Jamie, Ron and Len absolutely loved them!
“The chocolate ones deflated and looked a bit dodge … so I was left to eat those ones, but I’m so pleased I gave them a go because they were SO good and SO easy to make!”
To make her muffins, Sophie simply mixed together one cup of plain flour, one cup of milk and two eggs.
One whisked together, she placed the mixture into cupcake cases and topped some with sprinkles, some with chocolate drops and some with strawberry pieces.
She baked the muffins in the oven until cooked in the middle and golden brown on the top.
So if it’s 3pm and you’re feeling peckish - you know what to do.
Pimp your crumpet
If you’re a fan of , then you’ll need to pay attention.
While many of us will simply lather a crumpet in butter and shove it in our gob, Sophie tried something slightly different.
She said: “OH MYYYY, I’ve never enjoyed a crumpet so bloomin much.
“If you’re like me and can’t cook that great but want to pretend you can …. TRY THIS.”
Sophie layered her crumpets with Boursin soft cheese, before cutting them into pieces.
In an ovenproof dish, Sophie added the loaded crumpets, sideways, before topping with grated cheese.
She then seasoned and baked her dish in the oven until golden, to create the perfect tear and share treat for cheese lovers.
An Easter must-have
Easter wasn’t long ago, but if you’re a fan of hot cross buns and have some knocking about in your freezer, this one is for you.
Sophie explained how she makes a , leaving many social media users open-mouthed.
The foodie fan said: “Oh myyyy!!! Hot cross bun mug cake. It’s a YES from me, why have I not made this before now.
“There’s no ‘new year new diet’ from me I’m afraid guys. It’s full of calories but my god it was so worth it.”
To make the delicious dessert, she first sliced a hot cross bun in half, before cutting the bottom half into small chunks.
She then mixed milk, an egg and what appeared to be baking soda together.
Following this, she added the chopped hot cross bun to a microwavable mug, before adding the liquid mixture and some chopped up Flake.
She then topped the mixture with the top of the hot cross bun before adding it to the microwave.
She microwaved her creation for two and a half minutes and when finished cooking, she served it with squirty cream and more chocolate shavings.
So if you manage to get your hands on some hot cross buns, you’ll want to give this under five minute creation a try.
One to save for Christmas
Finally, with summer finally here, you’re probably not thinking about Christmas, but Mrs Hinch’s are certainly one to bookmark for a later date.
Sophie shared her Christmas pudding tutorial and said: “NO BAKE DIY CHRISTMAS PUDS. The only Christmas Pud that I’ll actually eat.
“Who else wants to love Christmas pudding but can’t stand the taste of it? Using some chocolate digestives, melted white choc, Smarties and some green candy buttons … we made these and they tasted delish!”
In the clip, we see Mrs Hinch make her festive treat - she first got a pack of McVities chocolate digestive biscuits and then dipped half of the biscuits in melted white chocolate.
Her young son Lennie also took part in the fun as he helped coat the biscuit in white chocolate.
