Infuriated, the person explained the situation, writing: ''My neighbour keeps opening my backyard fence, and letting my dogs out on purpose.

''The fence gate is completely on our side, not their property at all.

''It’s a fence that you have to pull inward, and it has a chair and rock in front of it, just in case (plus it’s a heavy fence, and is hard for me to even move, let alone a dog).''

According to the Reddit user, only known as Straight_Spring2739, the neighbours ''really hate'' the pets, especially since the husky howls.

To make the situation even more intense, the user added that the other, whilst everyone was at work, their youngest sister heard the neighbours shouting at the dogs.

In , which has since racked up over a hundred comments, the neighbour is said to have ordered the pets to ''shut up''.

''This is like the 5th time in 2 weeks this has happened.''

Given the sheer level of frustration, the resident added that they were considering taking the matter to the authorities.

''If we were to get cameras get this happening on video, could we bring it to the police?''

The reaction online, however, was mixed, as dozens shared their thoughts on the issue.

One was conflicted and said: ''Put a lock on the gate, if permitted by local ordinance. Definitely get video.

''However you should also look into noise ordinances as well. 30 minutes of howling does kind of make you the a**hole.''

Another agreed, writing: ''In addition to the legal advice above, if the howling happens a lot they might start calling in nuisance complaints.

''Consider getting extra exercises for the dog. It's a high energy breed, hire someone to run with him or get a ball shooter for him in the yard...''

''They're in the wrong, but so are you,'' a third reckoned.

''How about you get your Huskey to stop howling? You don't think the dog howling 30 minutes every few hours is too much?
