A HOT gran revealed that nasty trolls blast her for wearing skimpy clothes but she does what she wants with her body.

Charlene Farnsworth is 53-year-old personal trainer, and her revealing choice of outfits has been turning heads.

The mum-of-two and gran has recently racked up over a mega 233k followers on Instagram after posting racy snaps which show off her incredible physique.

The fitness model, from Canada, has opened up about on how she is trolled online for wearing tiny clothing but she believes that we should be "lifting eachother up".

about a health scare that sparked her fitness journey, Charlene said: "In 2011 I had a throat cancer scare. Thankfully, after surgery to remove a mass and my thyroid, it turned out to be Hashimoto's disease, not cancer".

The 53-year-old explained how her fitness journey began to dwindle following the scare but after weighing herself aged 48, she vowed to get back into shape.

She now encourages her followers to pursue their interests, claiming it's never too late, and you're never too old to take up any activity you desire.

Charlene revealed that her fitness journey began when she was 48 and she only started modelling when she turned 50.

Taking part in her first body-building competition at 53 and only recently completing her personal training qualification, the gym goer is now aiming to help other people women find their confidence.

Speaking on the trolling she faces from others online she said: "There's enough negativity in the world, I try my best to stay away from it. When I see another woman succeeding, I feel happy for her."

But the fitness influencer doesn't let the haters bring her down as she believes their harsh comments are just a reflection of their own insecurities.

Charlene said that the majority of the trolling on social media is around the clothes she chooses to wear, as they usually consist of skimpy dresses and figure-hugging gym wear.

But she said: "If more people would stop concerning themselves with what other people are wearing and concentrate on their own happiness, the world would be a better place".

The fitness lover is supported by her family though as she shared that her own mum and gran were the inspiration behind the body-positive woman she is today.

She also said her husband was incredibly supportive of her choices regarding her fitness journey, as are her two adult kids.

The gran-of-one revealed to the Mirror that she is now in a muscle-building phase, and intensely trains four to six days a week.

This follows one hot granny, 56, who claims that men say they "can't talk to her" because they're married - but she's still living her best life.

Another self-confessed hot grandma shared her simple tricks to enhance her appearance and make herself look "gorgeous".

One woman, 64, said she loves fitness and posing with her granddaughter and often serves looks in tight athletic wear.
