In a recent video, the 25-year-old did an ASOS haul to find a spring number that would be perfect for her cousin's 21st.
But despite ordering all the dresses and jumpsuits in a size 18, three were too small and another was too large, leaving the fashion lover frustrated.
She groaned when trying on a silky purple dress in flower print she thought would be perfect for the occasion, only to be left unable to zip up the back.
Rachel said: "I was really looking forward to this one. Look at the print! Do you see the flowers?
"It's like groovy chick. This is a size 18. I think I need a 24 or 26.
"Why have I got such a broad back?
"Oh, I was really hoping this one would fit! Thinking because it's my younger cousin, I can go a bit longer, I can be classy.
"Well, I feel like a stuffed sausage. How is this an 18? I hate sizing.

Another item in the unlucky haul left Rachel feeling like the Grinch, as the green tasselled flapper dress also refused to fasten and she feared flashing her boobs while dancing.
But fans were encouraging, flocking to the comments to tell her she looked good despite the sizing issues.
One wrote: "I really like the purple one! The print is very fun, also the model and the fabric!
"You're going to look good even if you choose another dress."
Another added: "Purple dress is giving Lizzy McGuire!!! Colour suits you!"
A third shared: "I have a broad back too, it's so annoying. You still look amazing!"
