Tom Cruise & Winnie the Pooh latest big names to star at the King’s coronation concert
WINNIE the Pooh, Tom Cruise and DJ Pete Tong are the latest big names to star at the King’s glitzy coronation concert at Windsor Castle.
A host of notables will appear in pre-recorded sketches and segments to share little-known facts about King Charles III.
They include Top Gun star Cruise, telly legend Dame Joan Collins, beloved bear Winnie and Welsh singer Sir Tom Jones.
Survival expert Bear Grylls and Strictly’s Oti Mabuse will also join the flashy cast.
But the sketch will not include the King — unlike his mother Queen Elizabeth II’s skit with Paddington for the Platinum Jubilee last year.
Performers such as Paloma Faith, Steve Winwood, and Nicole Scherzinger will be part of the line-up for the Coronation Concert on Sunday, May 7.

They will be joined on the lawn at Windsor Castle by singer Olly Murs, Pete Tong with his Ibiza Classics set and Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor, who will deliver a spoken word performance.
Murs said: “It’s an honour to perform for King Charles at such an iconic castle.
“I’ll be proud to tell my kids about it one day.”
And Tong added: “It will be a very special celebration.”
