I’m a hot gran with a six pack – I never date men my own age, I’m young at heart
A RIPPED gran who gets mistaken for her granddaughter admits she'd never date a man her own age.
Lesley Maxwell, 64, from Melbourne, Australia, is a personal trainer and looks incredible thanks to her insane fitness regime.
The gym-obsessed Aussie claims to be 'ageless' and is constantly inundated with compliments from guys more than half her age.
But the social media star reckons her 'cougar' status is simply a matter of science.
She explains: "I have always been comfortable with my body but probably even more confident now that I’m feeling fitter and stronger.
"I love to encourage other women to be ageless and confident enough to wear what they want. Age is just a number.
"’I'm not sure if it’s just a coincidence but I’ve never dated a man my own age. Maybe because I’m young at heart plus having a fit, strong and toned body makes anyone feel ageless."
Lesley adds: "There are actually two ways of ageing which are 'chronologically and biologically.’
"Chronological age is measured in years, but biological age refers to how old your cells are, including muscle mass and bone density.
"Your biological age may well be much lower than your chronological age. Isn’t that exciting? We can actually create a younger body - which feels amazing by the way.
"Learning how to train effectively with weights and incorporating movements that add lean body tissue and strengthen our bones will delay the ageing process.
"I have my own method of training and eating that I love to share and anyone can do at any age. It’s up to us to create a younger and stronger body.
"Becoming ageless makes dating not so much about matching ages, but more about who we are attracted to and vice versa."
