De-weed your garden - £5 - 20

Fiona says: "Weeds are very unappealing and could result in you losing some of the value from your property.

"If you have a garden that has become overrun with weeds, this could put off potential buyers."

"A simple method of potentially adding some value to your property
includes removing weeds from your garden.

There are several methods for doing this including pulling the weeds up by hand, using weed killers, or using natural weed killing methods such as white vinegar or boiling water.

"The price for removing weeds from your garden will depend on the number of weeds in the garden and the chosen method for removing them.

Add a New Garden Shed - £400

A garden shed not only looks great but is a super practical way to add extra storage around the home - something buyers are often looking for and could increase the value of your home by up to £5,000.

Fiona says: "A garden shed is a great addition to any garden space. It gives you a space to store many items - from bicycles, to the lawnmower, to gardening tools.

"A new garden shed provides plenty of storage space and is a
great option for adding value to your house.

"This is especially true for homes that don’t have any other forms of outdoor storage such as a garage. Some form of outdoor storage is very appealing to people who are searching for a new home."

Fiona says: "Adding a garden bar is perfect for people who love to host guests and entertain.

"You can build a garden bar as a DIY project or have a more extravagant bar built by professionals and you may choose a brick bar or a wood bar.

"However, if you choose a wood bar, you must ensure that the wood is properly treated so that it can withstand the weather and withstand drinks being placed on it."

"It allows you to have a beautiful looking garden all throughout the
year. You have various choices when it comes to artificial grass.

"Plus, it's also great for those with children as the children can play
on the grass without messing up your lawn and without getting muddy or dirty.
