is a New Zealand company that designs and builds luxury houses small enough to fit on a trailer bed.

Their homes sell for well over $100,000, and that doesn't even include the cost of the land they go on.

Shaye's , a spacious two-bedroom unit, goes for just under $137,000.

The company gave prospective customers a of the layout on TikTok.

After showing off a large modern front porch, the camera takes viewers into a spacious kitchen with bar seating and a living room complete with a wood-burning stove.

"She looks so pretty at night!" the video's description says.

There's even a complete bathroom outfitted with a full-sized shower.

"Lara was designed for people who do not want to go up and down stairs," the company's website says.

That's why the main bedroom is located on the ground floor. It's big enough for a queen-size mattress and has tons of storage.

But the design also includes a roomy loft that can be used as either a second bedroom or extra storage space.

"Lara is proving to be a popular design for retired people, young couples, singles, and even families," the company's website says.

Many commenters on TikTok were impressed.

"Very roomy and spacious, I could live there absolutely," one said.

"Now this is what I'm talking bout I love the porch and the black outlining of the windows," said another.

But others noted that two common household appliances were missing from the setup.

"Where is the washer/dryer?" one commenter asked.

"I think they go to the laundromat," another replied.
