I was bullied for my body hair so stopped shaving – now people call me ‘queen’, I don’t care what haters say
A MUM is hitting back at her haters who say she should shave her hair legs and people are praising her for it.
Mum-of-three responded to trolls who were stunned that she doesn't shave her legs.

After sharing a video about her childhood, one user commented: “The only thing I noticed was the leg.”
The comment quickly gained over 7,000 likes and Bekah decided to respond to it.
She said: “Seeing this comment get thousands and thousands of likes kind of made me sad."
";Because I first stopped shaving when I was pregnant with my daughter four years ago.”
Bekah said she stopped shaving so she could show her daughter what a natural body looked like without shame.
She said: “I wanted her to see an example of someone living in their natural body without any shame.”
Bekah said she was bullied for having hairy legs as a child.
“I had grown up getting made fun of for my body here and feeling so ashamed that I would pray every night that God would just remove all the hair from my arms and legs.”

Bekah says she wants to teach her kids that natural bodies are beautiful.

“So now I'm healing my own relationship to my body hair and beating that shame through exposure therapy while also showing my kids that all natural bodies are beautiful however they look.”
Bekah said she still feels embarrassed from time to time but hopes that she can help others.
“I still feel shame and disgust with myself sometimes but I hope I can help someone else feel less grossed out with their natural body.”
Bekah's video gained over 373,000 views and many viewers found her inspirational.
One user said: “Queen behaviour.”
Another said: “You were my reason! You're gorgeous, have a fabulous man and you don’t shave! I want to be proud and I refuse to shave for a man or anyone else!"
A third viewer said: “Doing the same stopped shaving years ago so my kid could see someone love their natural body.”
