The savvy mum, who says that the carpet still needs to go down and a desk needs to be purchased, begins by explaining how she found the LED strip lights on Amazon and paid £11.99 for 15m.
"They come with a remote & an app control and they react to music and flash to the beat," she explains.
"They were mostly £50-£100 in the shops and all of them were not one continuous strip like these.
"Really pleased with them."
Next, she notes that she bought the pictures from Amazon for £10.45 (pack of 50).

The vines were purchased from Amazon & B&M, costing between £3 -£5 per pack, while a two-pack of cushion covers cost £12.99 from Amazon.
Emma concludes: "Daughter loves her new 'preppy' room for around £40 for it all."
