A SINGLE woman who lives off-grid in a cabin in the woods has revealed the odd meat she uses to make lasagne.
Lisette Brisson’s forest lifestyle means she forages for berries and is big on eating seasonal food.
Her latest culinary creation has piqued people’s interests after she posted a tutorial on YouTube dubbing the recipe “amazing”.
Lisette made moose meat lasagne.
The rare meat is said to have a strong gamey taste, with people telling Lisette they could “taste the food through the phone”.

Chefs compare the composition of moose meat to a hard and lean slab of beef.
Lisette ate hers ground and submerged in lasagne sauce.
While eating the meal stood up, she quipped: “As you can tell, I don’t have a table and chairs.

“What I plan on adding is a kitchen island - I think that will work really well.”
The ex-road construction inspector has been living the alternative lifestyle for seven years and usually spends birthdays, Christmas and weekends alone.
She has two German Shepherds Kimber and Miss Snow to keep her company.
Her cabin is in forest land in Ontario, Canada, where the weather is freezing cold for a large chunk of the year.
Living off-grid doesn’t stop Lisette from being glamorous and she loves wearing low cut tops and tight dresses even when it’s snowing.
Sharing her life online under the name , Lisette has had to shut down trolls that slate her for showing off her assets.
Her mantra is that people are not defined by what they choose to wear.
She said: “My clothes are irrelevant.
