A TATTOO artist has revealed that she loves tan lines so much that she creates fake ones on her chest.
Gih Coelho simply uses tape and bronzer to create the illusion of a pale bikini outline.
The 21-year-old said the technique is perfect for when she “doesn’t have time to sunbathe” but still wants a “mark”.
She places a bit of tape diagonally on either side of her chest where her bikini would sit.
Once in place, Gih uses a big make-up brush and bronzer to tan over the edges of the tape.
It looks like a genuine tan line when she removes the tape, but not everyone is convinced it’s a good look.
One critic questioned: “Aren’t you supposed to avoid tan lines?”
A second said: “This is the first time I’ve ever seen tan lines to be a flex.”
Other non-supporters were confused why Gih would want to most people desperately try to avoid.
One person said: “And I'm here trying to get rid of mine.”

Another said chest tan lines were their “worst nightmare”.
However, supporters of Gih’s look jumped to her defence to call it “iconic” and say it was reminiscent of the early 2000s.
A supporter penned: “Everyone is saying why but I actually think this looks SO ICONIC.”
A second weighed in that it used to be “so trendy” around 20 years ago.
One woman added: “I purposely choose to tan in non-strapless bikinis because I love tan lines.
“They’re so slay, I don’t care.”
Gih’s tan line tutorial has gone viral on Tik Tok after splitting opinions.
It has totted up over four million views and 250,000 likes.
