A ROYAL expert says Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's eviction from Frogmore Cottage is the "final act" of Megxit.
And, he says, there's no way back for the Sussexes.
The Sun today exclusively revealed Harry and Meghan have been booted out of their royal base by King Charles.
The couple were said to have been given eviction orders just 24 hours after Harry's explosive memoir Spare hit shelves.
Despite the Duke of Sussex lobbing bombs at his family - including calling William his "arch-nemesis" - he and Meghan were said to have been left "stunned" by the "cruel punishment".
But The Sun's Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson says the Royal Family have now made their message loud and clear - Harry and Meghan are "not welcome" here anymore.

He said while Frogmore Cottage had been gifted to them by the late Queen, who could blame the King for taking it back.
Matt said: "This is the final act of Megxit. It is the end of Harry and Meghan's existence in the United Kingdom.
"I don't think we can pretend anymore that there is any realistic way back for them.
"The brutal and stark message from the Royal Family ‘you are just not welcome in the UK anymore’."

He added: "Harry and Meghan have barely used it in three years and have spent much of that time in California unloading vitriol on their family."
Matt said while it was obvious the Sussexes had been "cast adrift", they were the only ones to blame.
He continued: "Speaking for the first time as King, just 24 hours after the Queen died, Charles said ‘express my love for Harry and Meghan as they continue to build their lives overseas’.
"You can't accuse him of not giving them notice."
The couple were not only being made to feel unwelcome by the Royal Family, but the country too, Matt said.
He added: "But after all that has happened in recent years they only have themselves to blame."
It would also now be "very difficult" for the Sussexes to come to the King’s Coronation, Matt said.
The Sun also revealed today that Prince Andrew had been offered the keys to Frogmore Cottage.
But the disgraced Duke is said to be "resisting" moving in.

Meanwhile, Princess Kate and William were beaming today as they shrugged off the news.
