A BIRD has been photographed hidden among the pebbles on an East Sussex beach.
Raphael Golez, 44, snapped the pied wagtail on Winchelsea Beach, East Sussex.

It might take a lot of patience if you want to find the little feathered friend, among the multi-coloured pebbles.
Photographer, Raphael, from Hastings, East Sussex, certainly needed some to be able to take the captivating shot.
Speak to the , he said: "I was having difficulty acquiring focus first as the bird is blending nicely with the pebbles until it moves.
"It took me about ten seconds to capture the image.

"A lot of viewers have had a hard time finding the bird but they find it very rewarding when they do."
The small long-tailed bird has grey, white and black feathers, which makes for a perfect disguise against the stony beach.

The pied wagtail is often seen in towns and cities, wagging its tail up and down, as it dashes across lawns and carparks looking for food.
It frequently calls when in its undulating flight and often gathers at dusk to form large roosts in city centres.
It eats mainly insects, sometimes seeds and household scraps in winter. And in the UK there are 505,000 breeding pairs.
