has amassed 453.6k followers and counting, and she regularly shares the ups and downs of motherhood and how she goes about it.
She explains: “Gentle parenting approaches discipline in families by using positive language, saying ‘no’ less, avoiding ‘a naughty step’.
“Instead it’s about helping your toddler understand their feelings, setting clear boundaries.
“Changing a few things you say to be more positive can help you find out what works for you. It’s not a magic wand that works overnight!”
And the TikTok star has exactly the same mindset when it comes to getting the most out of the often overwhelming choice of children’s TV programmes parents can choose from.

Kelly’s verdict: “I find this way too overstimulating for children.
