A FITNESS trainer has revealed her three go-to gym exercises - despite making her feel 'violated'.
Jordyn Trenholm - a qualified and accredited trainer from The National Academy of Sports Medicine - demonstrated the hamstring and glutes toning routine to her 1.7 million TikTok followers.
Under her handle 'jordynt_fit' . she shares how three exercises in particular make her feel "violated", but admits: "All of them work so gud tho."
New Jersey born and raised, the influencer's fitness journey began in 2019, when she began sharing fitness related photos and content on her Instagram page.

The first exercise sees Trenholm bent over a back extension machine and pulling herself up while holding a kettlebell.
She then uses the recently popularised reverse hack squat to tone the glutes and hamstrings.
Regarded as one of the best quad-dominant squat variations you can do, the exercise targets all major leg muscles.
But the primary focus will be the quads and glutes.
Finally, the influencer takes her place on the hip abduction machine.

This exercise is used to strengthen the abductors - a muscle group which include the glutes.
The abductors play a critical role in core stability - and assist in the development of a full pair of glutes and hips.
