Along the way, the team shares handy tips and tricks on how to keep things organised, tidy, and even save money.
Stacey's cleaning expert on the show, Iwan Carrington revealed how one five-minute job could help you save on your heating bill.
On the first episode of the season aired on BBC tonight, the team headed to Richmond, London to help a family of four get their clutter in check.
High school sweethearts Charlotte and Dan, a police officer, rent a two-bed council property - with their two daughters Mia, 11, and Cece, 3, sharing a room.
Once the family had emptied the house and attempted to get rid of 50% of their stuff, Iwan went inside to demonstrate his cleaning trick.
The cleaning expert revealed he was using a microfibre radiator brush, which definitely looked like 'Marge Simpson's hair.'
Iwan added: "This is really perfect for getting in between these convector fins.
"These are the bits in your radiator that transfer all the heat, and what happens if all the dust is in there it actually stops them working so effectively."
