No one has emerged unscathed from Harry’s memoir as Royal Family’s popularity plunges – here’s who came out worst
A SHOCKING new poll has revealed which royal has seen their popularity plunge the most after Prince Harry published his tell-all memoir Spare.
No member of the Firm was spared a massive slump in public approval ratings since December.
But one royal has seen their popularity knocked for a spare by the memoir.
Prince William saw his approval ratings fall by a whopping 8% after Harry revealed their Cain-and-Abel fights.
He remains the most popular royal, with three in five Brits approving of him.
Only a quarter of Brits view Prince Harry favourably, according to Ipsos Mori polling.
His popularity fell by 7% after he revealed his long-running feud with his father Prince Charles and brother Prince William.
Harry's wife Meghan Markle is viewed favourably by fewer than a fifth of Brits.
Her popularity only fell by 5% after Spare revealed her tearful arguments with the royals.
Unsurprisingly, the least popular royal of all is the disgraced Prince Andrew.
Only one in ten Brits approve of Andrew, who fell from grace over his dealings with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Spare largely ignores Andrew, whose popularity has only fallen by 2% since its publication.
William's wife Kate matched Harry with a drop of 7%.
She is now no more popular than Princess Anne, with 60% of Brits approving of the two royal women.
"Britons are still much more positive than negative towards the King, the Prince and Princess of Wales and the Princess Royal, and towards the Royal Family as a whole, and views towards the institution as a whole are so far little changed.
"While the stories may have challenged the public's views towards the individuals involved, the monarchy itself endures for now."
The polling comes after Harry admitted he took cocaine aged 17 to "make him feel different" in an explosive section of Spare.
He also claimed that his brother Prince William "knocked him to the floor" during an argument about Meghan.
