The Radfords questioned on their Instagram account why water issues were happening to their home when the temperatures hadn't steeped that much.
In one story, Sue said: "Lots of you saying the water board should be delivering water as you live down south and have had it delivered to you.
“NOPE, we don't get that and still without water 30 hours later.
“Although Heysham and Lancaster and most of Morecambe are now with water from what we can understand.
“Thank goodness for the hot tub to help flush the toilets through."
The family own a motorhome in which Sue previously said they have created memories they will “treasure forever”.
They may be creating Christmas Day memories in the van if their water supply isn’t reinstated in time for the big day on Sunday.
The hardworking parents say they have spent over £1million raising their children, but still manage to live a luxury lifestyle.
Sue recently jetted off to New York for a festive trip with three of her daughters.
