Prince Harry admits he ‘misses the UK & weird family gatherings’ – and reveals key reason why they moved to California
PRINCE Harry has admitted he "misses the UK and weird family gatherings" in a bombshell revelation as he discussed why he moved to California.
Speaking in the sixth instalment of Harry and Meghan's ground-breaking Netflix show, the Prince also said he missed his pals.

And in an eye-opening moment, he admits he's lost a number of mates in the process of leaving The Firm.
But despite everything he's lost - Harry claims him and Meghan "have made it to the other side".
The Duke of Sussex told the show: "I mean I miss the weird family gatherings when we're all under the same roof for certain times of the year.
"That I miss being part of the institution I miss the UK, I miss my friends.

"I've lost a few friends in the process as well, I came here because I changed, I had outgrown my engenderment.
"This was the most obvious places to come this is where I think my mum was going to end up living potentially."
Despite missing home, the Duke is adamant California "is who I am" as he reveals he gets to do things in Montecito that he can't in the UK.
He explains: "This is home to Archie, this is home to Lilibet, this is home to me and this is who I am.

"I get to do things with our kids that I would never get to do in the UK."
Speaking of , in the show's final episode, actor Tyler Perry said that the 'People's Princess' was "thrown to the wolves" after her marriage to then-Prince Charles ended.
Perry, a friend of the couple, also implied that Meghan had been "abused" and "applauded" the Duke and Duchess for saying "I'm out of here".
He said: "So, to tell Meghan that I felt her feelings were valid hurt.
"I didn't want to have to say that to her. I didn't want her to feel that, but I didn't want to lie to her.
"She was afraid of them destroying her, or going crazy, or them making her think she was crazy.
The filmmaker continued: "I saw my mother be abused for years. I knew the symptoms. I knew what it was like. 'This woman was abused. And so was he.'"
The couple released the final three episodes of the new series today, which have seen the Duchess of Sussex accused of peddling conspiracy theories in an attempt to smear the Royal Family.

In the new installments, Meghan has accused one of the late Queen's aides of branding her "a foreign organism", while Prince Harry has admitted that he almost left the Firm twice before 'Megxit'.
Harry said: "In 2018 we have already talked about maybe moving to New Zealand and that never transpired.
"Then 2019 we discussed us moving to South Africa to support charities and organisations in Africa."
He added: "The Palace signed off on us moving to South Africa so my father's office new about it - my brother's office new about it and my grandmothers office new about it.
"No one else knew - then it was leaked to The Times newspaper.
"Then that whole plan was then scrapped because it became public debate.";
The first three episodes, which were released last week, also drew the ire of viewers, as Meghan seemed to mock having to curtsy to the Queen.

Meanwhile, TalkTV's Piers Morgan blasted the show as "worse than the Kardashians" and slammed the couple as "boring".
Following the release of the three additional episodes on Thursday, Buckingham Palace said: “We will be making no comment on today’s Netflix programmes.”
