PRINCE HARRY has appeared to take a fresh swipe at the Royal Family in the latest trailer for his and Meghan's bombshell Netflix series.
Speaking in an explosive new trailer, Harry said "they were happy to lie to protect my brother" - but added "they were never willing to tell the truth to protect us".
While it's not clear who "they" are, Harry then goes onto slam "institutional gaslighting" as shots of Buckingham Palace are shown.
Meanwhile Meghan claimed: "I was not being thrown to the wolves, I was being fed to the wolves".
In the bombshell clip, Harry appeared to claim royal officials were happy to lie to protect his brother William from scrutiny.
He said: "They were happy to lie to protect my brother. They were never willing to tell the truth to protect us."
His quotes were shown at the same time a shot of Buckingham Palace was included in the trailer.
However, it later appeared that Netflix tried to clarify his quote - with eagle-eyed royal fans spotting a subtle change had been made in the trailer.
In the trailer posted to Twitter this morning, Harry says that "they were happy to lie", but in the trailer on Netflix, he says that "the British media were happy to lie".
It is the latest in a series of shots the Sussexes have made at the royals in their new show.
In the first three episodes of the new show they provoked controversy as it was revealed they had used fake images to make a point about media intrusion into their lives.
It comes as a new poll revealed that the majority of Brits want the pair stripped of their titles.
The Netlfix show is one of a number of high-profile projects the Sussexes have launched, with Harry's explosive memoir 'Spare' on the way in January.
The book was delayed from this year after reportedly being toned down in the wake of the late-Queen's death.
On top of the book, Meghan recently completed a podcast series as part of a big-money deal with Spotify.
The couple's string of publicity-laden appearances have provoked criticism, given their claims that they have been hounded by the press and are desperate for greater privacy.
