Parents know how daunting being in a toy shop can be - there's loads of frustration, shouting and tears (and not just from the child...).
Like most mums and dads, , New York Times bestselling author and celebrity chef, used to struggle with the issue - until she came up with a genius hack.
The savvy mum, who regularly shares parenting advice on social media, took to Instagram to reveal how she deals with tantrums at toy stores.
And according to her, there's no continuous 'no' on repeat either.

The secret hack, she explained, is to do with Santa and just in perfect time for Christmas.
''Well, I put an end to that years ago - by telling her that we would take a picture for Santa and then, at the end of the year, we have this folder that she can go through and decide what she really, really wants.
''This way, I never have to say 'no' - which is amazing.''
