The sparkling review comes from Shifrah Combiths, a cleaning expert for The Kitchn.

Combiths explained that she'd heard about the E-Cloths microfiber towels available at Target, but was skeptical about their uses and efficiency.

After that, Combiths said, she was hooked on E-Cloths, which start at $6.99 and pad. But what makes them worth the hype?

Unlike most microfiber cloths, E-Cloths are made from polyamide and polyester fibers in a super-tight weave.

The special design traps messes and spills more effectively than other cloths, and also makes them better at lifting stubborn messes.

She said the multipurpose cloths leave her countertops sparkling, and "they also feel incredibly clean and smooth."

Meanwhile, the stainless steel-specific cloths include everything you need to defeat cooked-on grease and grime.

Use one rag, with a built-in scrubber, to get rid of buildup, then dry the pan or pot with the super-absorbant polishing cloth.

"The result is a mirror-like finish, using only the rags and water," the expert wrote.

Even glass surfaces, which are notoriously difficult to clean, can benefit from the E-Cloth made just for windows.

"I couldn’t believe the crystal-clear finish I got on both mirrors and glass doors," Combiths wrote.
