WANT to leave your house sparkling and squeaky clean?
Forget having to fork out for pricey cleaning products, it turns out you may just need to spend 75p.
A cleaning expert has revealed the key hack she uses to get rid of stains and smells in every room in her house.
Danielle Mason, who has over two decades of experience, said she swears by bicarbonate of soda.
And the best part is that it costs as little as 75p from Asda.
Danielle, who is also known as on Instagram, said it can be used for “so many things” around the house.

Cleaning floors
Danielle advised that adding half a cup of bicarb into a bucket of warm water can provide an effective cleaning solution.
Simply use a mop over your floors and rinse off after.
Fragrant bins
No one likes a smelly bin, and bicarbonate of soda can help, according to the cleaning guru.

If you sprinkle it in once a week, it can leave your rubbish smelling “fresh” and prevent bad smells from developing.
Spruce microwaves
If your microwave is stained from cooked food, you can use the product to remove any traces.
Simply get a sponge and sprinkle bicarb on top, and then get scrubbing.
Freshen your mattress
You sleep on your mattress nearly every day, so you naturally want it to remain fresh.
Danielle said you should sprinkle bicarb on top and leave it for an hour to absorb.
Then all you need to do is hoover away an excess powder.
Clear your drains
Keeping your drains clear and clean is essential, and can be achieved using a bicarb mix.
Simply pour half a cup of baking soda down, followed by half a cup of vinegar.
Once it is fizzing, pour six cups of hot water down after.

Tackle carpet stains
Stained carpets are a pain and can be expensive to replace.
Danielle recommended making a cleaning mixture of one cup of baking soda, one cup of salt and one cup of white vinegar.
Mix them together into a paste and then apply to each stain.
Once dry you can vacuum up the carpet and the stains should be removed.

Laundry success
It can be hard to find the right detergent that will leave your clothes stain-free and also not dull any colours.
Danielle advised you add half a cup of baking soda to laundry to solve the issue, saying it will help boost colours and break down marks.
