Bombshell claims Harry found out Queen had died on the news emerge – but palace insist he was told on ‘£30k jet’ dash
BOMBSHELL claims Prince Harry found out the Queen had died on the news have emerged today - but the Palace insist he was told on his dash to Scotland.
The Duke of Sussex is said to have "chartered a £30,000 private jet" to get him to Scotland in a desperate attempt to see the Queen before she died.
The 38-year-old had been in the UK for a whirlwind charity tour with wife Meghan Markle when it was announced that doctors of the Queen, 96, were "concerned for Her Majesty's health".
The statement was made at 12.32pm on Thursday, September 8 - with the Royal Family rushing to Balmoral to be with the monarch.
Tragically, while King Charles and his sister Anne, the Princess Royal, were able to be with the Queen, their brothers Princes Andrew and Edward, along with William, arrived too late after landing in Scotland at 3.50pm.
And has since claimed that while Harry's father Charles did try to call his son to share the tragic news, "the phone call did not go through".

It was instead claimed Prince Harry read a breaking news announcement online before he was able to speak with his 73-year-old father.
The reports were denied by the King's spokesman, who again reiterated the statement that: “The public was only informed after every family member had been informed.”
It was further reported by the publication that Harry, who travelled separately to his family, hired a private jet to get to Scotland - at a price of about £30,000.
Harry had arrived in Scotland about 6.35pm - five minutes after Buckingham Palace confirmed the Queen's death.

And he was the first royal to leave the Scottish estate the next morning.
It comes after the Sussexes had confirmed both Harry and Meghan would be jetting to Scotland to be with the Queen on the tragic day - before later clarifying the duke would be travelling alone.
Princess Kate had also remained in London while Prince William travelled to Aberdeen.
Buckingham Palace has previously hit back against reports that Prince Harry hadn't been told about his grandmother's death before the public.
While other members of the family were reportedly told first, it is understood that the Duke of Sussex was not contactable for a period of time because he was on a flight to Scotland.

On the day of the Queen's death, distraught Harry had been seen leaving the airport with his head in his hand, making the journey to from the airport to Balmoral by car.
Photographs of the prince show a haunted face, as he returned to the home where he learned of the death of his mother, having just learned of the death of his grandmother.
And Harry reportedly snubbed dinner with Charles and William at Balmoral after Meghan was banned from joining the family on the day the Queen died.
At 8am the next day the Duke of Sussex was seen being driven to a British Airways jet which set off for Heathrow at 9.45am.
He was then reunited with Meghan at Frogmore Cottage, Windsor.
However, he and Meghan were united in grief with the Royal Family at Her Majesty's funeral.
After a historical service, the Queen lies forever in peace in Windsor alongside those of her parents and the love of her life, Philip.
